Nutrition 101

I have an active interest in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants etc because – well – I HAVE TO!!! *smile!!*  I’m gluten-free AND dairy-free so I have to SUPPLEMENT in order to get the natural and healthy amount of all the “good” stuff.  I’m not a Dr. – I don’t prescribe or recommend – I just share what I’ve found during my research.  And of course you should ALWAYS talk to a Dr. before starting new things -including new exercises, pills or diets … AAANNNDDD you should do your own research too!  :)  Hopefully this will be a decent foundation/starting point for your own research.
