Dear Daisy:

Sorry to hear this. Although I did really enjoy the way you used song lyrics to describe your feelings. I do that all the time too. Maybe we can finally go on that date together?

Love Tripp

i love this! I am glad you are reading this book, as it can help everyone in different aspects of their lives ;) I am very familiar with DBT as it has been a big part of my treatment (...you know what I am talking about) and it has helped me with so many different parts of life. I love the mindfulness concept also a lot. It is so important for us to be mindful in our lives. In every area of our lives.

I really like this post about positive and negative coping mechanisms. I even learned some new things (and i thought i was an expert on this subject. lol) I can't wait to read more posts from you about this book. And I hope you are enjoying reading it.

The health benefits of Cayenne pepper are worth the two minutes of burning in your mouth, and then it is gone. I take 1tsp three times a day in about 2tbsp of water and flush it down with a half glass of milk. Look up the benefits, you will be impressed.

I would have to say that at this point in your life, you have made an important discovery, and need to explore its ramifications to the fullest. You, and only you, can make your life the greatest it can be, but you can also make another's life equally great by becoming part of that person's transformation. If/when that happens, you will discover even more of yourself.
