I think I’m haunted and most DEFINITELY sleep deprived. (Sculpture by the Sea Pics)
This evening I needed to kill some time before bed. I went on a little walk to try and clear some of the noise in my head. I ran into this:
“OOH!” I exclaimed to my flatmate Sam. ”Look he killed himself.”
Sam looked at me quizzically. ”Daisy he’s just floating – trapped in a box.”
“Oh.”
When we ran into a bunch of nooses (Sculpture by the Sea 2009 is finally here!) Sam only saw rope.
Hmmm …. They sure were KNOTTED like nooses!!!
And THEN we ran into this guy. And I was really digging him.
He’s cute – unexpected – unobtrusive.
Even though he is ABOUT TO KILL HIMSELF!!!
Umm hello?? Those are some dangerous rocks to almost be jumping off!!
Though strangely Sam only saw a man gazing at the vast ocean
I wasn’t a big fan of this one. Never have been into dead zombies charging from hell to kill people.
Would you ever guess that Sam kind of liked it?? He saw a pretty pony!
And last but not least – DEMONS (and no I did NOT adjust the color of this picture!!)
Yeah – DEMONS. And they were perched next to a tree filled with massive blair witch project wanna bee creepy tree things.
Sam says they were just beehives – next to garden sprites.
And you what I say to that??
WHATEVER!!
Except I can’t help but thinking … maybe I need some sleep.

Wordless Wednesday – NOT – haha! Lazy Summer Day Pics
At first I was like “I’m going to do a ‘Wordless Wednesday’” but then I thought about it and realized there was NO WAY I was going to be able to NOT comment on these pics. :) So here’s an attempt at a quasi-wordless Wednesday with lots of pics from yesterday (and apologies to some of you who may have already seen these pics on my blog.)

Home!! and pics from Palm Beach
Thank you for the words of encouragement on the last post!! I truly appreciate it. 
Fortunately I’m home now – well not QUITE – but I’ve landed in the U.S. and will be home in a matter of hours. It’s bittersweet but since I LOVE bittersweet and dark chocolate – it’s mostly an A+ thing!! This next month will be great for me to recharge and refocus. I’m SO EXCITED!!! It’s just a little sad because I left North Sydney, #3, my new school friends, my new work friends and my old Australia friends behind. I’ll miss them ALL!!!
Speaking of #3 I guess I owe you a bit of gossip on that one. He was SUCH A DB last weekend. I was fuming angry – oh yes. 
But we had a LOOONNNNGGG talk and he apologized and spent the rest of the week making it up to me. We played Wednesday and then he took me up to Palm Beach again for the weekend and THIS TIME he was back to his perfectly charming self. And wow this dude is charming … but considering his age – I would hope he’d have picked up a FEW tricks along the way. 
I also talked to him a lot about what’s been going on and he gave me some really helpful and insightful thoughts. So that’s pretty cool. aaannnddd – there’s a very small chance he could come out and visit – he’s looking into it – but let’s be real – how many people say that and then don’t follow through? ALL OF THEM – so I’m not planning on it – but he’s mentioned it and … yeah … we’ll see.
