I had heard of Perth, but I "saw" it as well, like one of the old defunct Silver-mine towns in Colorado. With a few hundred die-hards living out the final days of a once thriving city. This post is really REALLY appreciated by me for sure, and just maybe a few others, and maybe those 50-90 who read but don't comment. Thank you. That is exactly where I was SUPPOSED to be going for work. Our client was RACWA a huge insurer in Australia apparently. I wish now that I would have stayed on track to go, several of my coworkers from the UK have been back & forth to Perth through 2008, but I had to be stupid and come back to the US.
