I know spending Thanksgiving without family is tough, but you know that your family loves you very much, they want the best for you and you’re doing what’s best for you – getting a great education in Aus as well as learning a lot about yourself. You’re stronger than you think honey, you survived your first Thanksgiving on your own, plus you have a lot to be thankful for & look forward to when you go back home!
I don’t know exactly what Thanksgiving is, but I understand it’s important. Well, I’m sure even though there is distance between you and your family, you’re not far from their thoughts.
I know that doesn’t help. I know they’re only words. I don’t know what else will make you stronger though.
I’m sorry. I was also alone and it’s rough.
