1. Because you wake up and realize he’s 8,000+ miles away and your heart sinks a little bit.
2. Because you wake up and realize you haven’t talked to him for like 36 hours – and then you realize – omgosh, I actually KNOW that it’s been 36 hours?? yikes!
3. Because you find yourself checking your email WAY too much – and it extra double quadruple sucks that you haven’t heard from him. :( And it’s killing you that he was sick when you left and you have no idea if he’s feeling better or not.
4. Because it turns you into THAT girl – you know – the one from ‘He’s Just Not That Into You” – and you have to wonder, “Omgosh, how is it possible that I’m being so dumb?” and then it dawns on you like it did to that guy who never lost his cool but did at the end, “AGH! I must like him!!!”
*gulp*

Elsja you are like a california buddha! :) I wrote a blog post that I never published about how you asked me why I’m so against relationships and I couldn’t come up with an answer!!! lol. You are a wise chica – that’s for sure!!! And you are right – and I have heard from him now – so yeah … I’m going to have to look up that incubus song and maybe stop being dumb. :)

Hahaha… well if only I could be so wise for my own problems that I need to overcome. Maybe Incubus will continue to write more songs that help me out :)
