1 week’s worth of reading for 1 class equals 10 million hours

I deleted the weather gadget from my blog today. I could handle it saying “Canada” even though it REALLY meant “Australia” (and I double checked the html code more times than you could count!) but today it listed the weather for some really warm place in California. The first thing I saw was 72 degrees and I actually said out loud to myself “It’s not 72 degrees!!!” and then in disgust (because today is super cold and I resent the warm weather in CA) I promptly deleted the module. :)

Today has been super quiet. I have so much reading to catch up on because of the class change that I’ve been indoors studying ALL DAY. :(

I told myself if I could get through at least one week’s worth of reading for one class that I would reward myself and go explore the outdoor conservatory near my house. Then it started raining and I realized that getting through only one week’s worth of reading for ONE class is nearly impossible – so I am taking a break and wasting time by writing this blog instead. yay!

Tonight we’re having a few friends over for dinner. I have no doubt I’ll have some fun things to say about that! Wish me luck – I’m making the garlic mashed potatoes. :) And actually – lucky me – I should probably start those now. Looks like I will be procrastinating the rest of my reading until tonight. And hopefully it will continue it’s mind-numbing effect and I’ll sleep a wonderfully deep sleep where I don’t think about the fact that I have 3 weeks to find a new place to live and 3 days to read another 3 weeks worth of reading for 3 different classes.

  1. Thats a whole lot of 3′s.

Stepped into church today during lunch and it was almost sunny, stepped out and it was almost hailing. Wtf Sydney, wtf. A thousand apologies for the weather. Get close to someone warm.
